Internal Quality
madri+d Foundation for Knowledge, aware of the important public service mission entrusted to it, considers quality a key factor in the performance of its functions. In this sense, the Foundation directs all its efforts towards the continuous improvement of the service based on a process-based management, the orientation to the recipients of the service, and the results, within the framework of the development of innovation and learning.
Under this framework, the Foundation has implemented a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 Standard and defined a quality policy, structured in mission, vision and values and forming part of its general guidelines, thus being applicable to the entire organization.
The Foundation develops this policy in its daily work through:
- Internal Quality Assurance System (SGIC): which guides, organizes and links the different processes developed by the Foundation, certified according to the international quality management standard UNE-ISO 9001:2008.
- Code of Ethics: This includes the commitments made by the Foundation's professionals and those who act on its behalf.
- European standards of quality in higher education: They preside over and guide all the Foundation's actions in the deployment of the competencies assigned to it and are therefore also contemplated as principles of action in the internal Quality Management System itself.
