This activity will provide insight into the foundations of human genetics and the mechanisms through which genetic alterations condition health. You will be able to learn about the different genetic techniques and their application in medicine to facilitate the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of diseases. The activity will culminate with a visit to the Hematological Genetics Laboratory of the Hospital G.U. Gregorio Marañón's Hematology Service.
