Meet Laura Mayo Martinez, a pharmacist and biotechnologist on a PhD journey at CEMBIO, the Center of Excellence and Metabolomics in Bioanalysis. She did her bachelor's between Madrid and Chicago at the University CEU San Pablo, where she also started her PhD. She holds a master’s in Clinical Trials Management from the University of Chicago, and she just came from New York for an international secondment at Mount Sinai Hospital. Combining metabolomics and metagenomics, Laura is dedicated to enhancing therapeutic strategies for anorexia nervosa.
