Regional Science and Technology Indicators

The objective of this page is to offer a series of indicators that allow us to know, assess and monitor the situation of the research and innovation system of the Community of Madrid, a region that hosts the greatest concentration of resources and agents involved in the processes of generation and dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge. The indicators in this section are collected in two blocks.

Firstly, the main R+D+i indicators are updated, mainly from the National Statistics Institute. These are offered, in a summary table, through the latest available data for each indicator compared to the national data, with each indicator being able to access its evolution over time and the comparison with the rest of the Autonomous Communities.

In the second block, a series of related documents are shown, both on policies and studies relating to research, development and innovation in the Community of Madrid.
