She holds a degree in Physics and a Ph.D. in Electronic Systems Engineering. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Engineering and Industrial Design (ETSIDI) at the Technical University of Madrid (UPM). In addition, she is a researcher at the Institute for Optoelectronic Systems and Microtechnology (ISOM), where she works in the fields of nanotechnology and materials physics.
