Biochemist with a Master's degree in Pharmacological Research, specialized in Neuropsychopharmacology. Since October 2023, she has been conducting her doctoral thesis at Centro de Investigaciones Biológicas “Margarita Salas” (CIB-CSIC), within the Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biomedicine program at the UCM. Her research focuses on the development of mutation-independent therapies for Retinitis Pigmentosa. She is currently studying the topical application of a peptide, the Preimplantation Factor (PIF), as a potential treatment.
