About me
I’ve always been fascinated by the invisible world of microbes. I studied Biology at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and later completed Master's degrees in Biophysics and Microbiology. I’m now finishing my PhD, where I study the Type VI Secretion System in Pseudomonas ogarae F113, an amazing molecular weapon used by bacteria to attack others and survive in their environment. I love discovering how tiny microbes can have such a huge impact on nature and our daily lives. Outside the lab, I enjoy hiking, scuba diving, reading, and hanging out with friends.
