My name is Aida Díaz Mansilla, I am a Laboratory Technician and I am hired in association with a project in the Department of Biodiversity and Conservation of the RJB-CSIC. My work mainly consists of extracting, purifying and quantifying DNA from plant samples, as well as amplifying the regions of interest of the genome by PCR, in order to subsequently create a phylogenetic tree of the different species of the genus Ipomoea. My hobbies are: reading, watching series and hiking.
