Permanent faculty member at UPM, PhD in Telecommunications (2012), and member of GATV and IPTC. His research focuses on green networks, AI, and data analytics for energy. He has coordinated European and industry innovation projects, awarded by Enterion in ActúaUPM 2025. Member of the CPS of the RTVE and VideoMOS Chairs at UPM. Supervisor of four PhD theses and author of numerous scientific publications and patents.
