Javier Crespo Miguel
About me
He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Organization from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M). He currently teaches and conducts research in the Department of Continuum Mechanics and Structural Theory at UC3M as a postdoctoral researcher, focusing on the multifunctional characterization of ultra-soft conductive polymers. Previously, his research focused on complex polymer modeling using the finite element method, multiphysical modeling of electroactive polymers using optimization algorithms, and experimental characterization and modeling of 3D-printed conductive polymers. He is a great music lover, playing the guitar in his spare time, and also enjoys cooking, sports, and traveling.
