I hold a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Salamanca (2023) and an M.Sc. in New Electronic and Photonic Technologies from the Complutense University of Madrid (2024). My current Ph.D. research, conducted at ISOM in collaboration with INDRA, involves GaN-based HEMTs for high-power and high-frequency applications.
