I hold a PhD from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, awarded in 2012. In 2014, I moved to the UK, where I worked at City, University of London and Royal Holloway, University of London. I have over 10 years of research experience in the field of cybersecurity. I have published scientific papers in prestigious international journals and conferences. I have participated in multiple research projects with high-impact results, including the identification of vulnerabilities in video games and the Android operating system. Since August 2022, I have been an Associate Professor at the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) in the Department of Computer Systems. In my free time, I enjoy cycling and spotting cybersecurity themes in current TV shows and movies.
