I’m a predoctoral researcher at IMDEA Energy, where I work on producing single-cell proteins from agri-food waste streams. I’m passionate about microbiology, ornithology, and science outreach. I also manage the LinkedIn profile of our research unit, which allows me to combine science and communication.

In the future, I would love to pursue a career in teaching to continue bringing science closer to society. Outside of the scientific world, I really enjoy cooking and sewing—actually, I often make my own clothes.
