Graduated in Health Biology from the University of Alcalá (UAH). Currently pursuing a PhD at the 3D Laboratory of the CIB Margarita Salas (CSIC), in collaboration with the Visual Neurophysiology Group at UAH. My research focuses on understanding the role played by the innate immune system in neurodegenerative retinal pathologies and exploring novel immunomodulatory strategies for the development of potential treatments for these diseases.
