Niccolò Caselli
About me
I am an Assistant Professor at the Complutense University of Madrid, where I lead a research line in biophotonics, exploring how light interacts with biological materials at the nanoscale. With over 10 years of experience in nanophotonics and biophotonics, I have developed innovations in super-resolution microscopy, photonic crystals, random lasers, and optical tweezers, with one patent and over 40 scientific publications. Passionate about mentoring and outreach, I enjoy bringing science closer to the public through talks, festivals, and scientific theatre.
