PhD in Basic Health Sciences and a graduate in Food Science and Technology, I have been a professor at Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) since 2017. My research focuses on evaluating cardiovascular alterations induced by high-fat and hypercaloric diets in animal models.
I'm a big fan of all kinds of TV series, especially epic fantasy and spy genres. I also enjoy playing video games and reading books that are 300 pages or longer. #Doglover — my afternoon routine always includes taking my dog for a walk.
