Arley García Carrero
About me
Mechanical Engineer with experience in vacuum chamber design and surface coating development.
I have been involved in the design of ultra-high vacuum (UHV) chambers using SolidWorks, as well as in the selection of vacuum pumps, including turbomolecular and scroll pumps, specifically for PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coatings.
Additionally, I have worked on the development and optimization of hard coatings using PVD processes with HiPIMS (High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering) sources. My experience also includes the use of radio frequency (RF) sources for the deposition of semiconductor materials, such as boron and silicon, in the doping of PVD coatings.
