I am currently pursuing a PhD in Pharmacy at the Complutense University of Madrid, focusing on Food Science and Nutrition. My background in Pharmacy and Human Nutrition & Dietetics has led me to explore natural dyes in food production.
Recently, I have taken a new turn in my career and joined the world of Medical Affairs, Pharma Marketing, and Project Management as a Consultant. Now, I combine my scientific knowledge with strategy and marketing in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
