Our holistic vision of food covers the study of scientific aspects (analytical composition and healthy properties), technological (the influence of production methods), and social aspects (its regulations, consumption habits, social perception). The group has intense scientific communication activity by attending scientific Congresses and Events, as well as organizing outreach sessions for the general public.
