Davide Gotti received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Milano, Italy, in 2014, the M.Sc. degree in renewable energy in electrical systems, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Madrid, Spain, in 2018 and 2023, respectively. He has several years of experience in the renewable energy industry carrying out, among other activities, the design, model validation, and interconnection studies of photovoltaic power plants. His research interests include power system dynamic state estimation, electric network modeling, control, and stability analysis
