Dr. Mohammad Mahdi Dehshibi, IEEE Senior Fellow and AI researcher, leads the data modelling for the ERC BODYinTRANSIT project in the i_mBODY lab at UC3M. After his postdoctoral fellowship at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, he obtained the AQU L'ACREDITACIÓ DE RECERCA. Mohammad is also a research associate at the Unconventional Computing Center at UWE (Bristol, England), contributing to EU-funded research initiatives such as FUNGAR. His research interests include deep learning, human behaviour analysis, AI in medicine, computer vision and unconventional computing. He has authored or co-authored nearly 80 peer-reviewed publications and is an associate editor of the International Journal of Parallel Emergent & Distributed Systems.
