Researcher in the Group of Biotechnology for Lignocellulosic Biomass at CIB Margarita Salas, with more than 15 years of experience as Project Manager of European projects on industrial biotechnology led by the group (projects BIORENEW, PEROXICATS, INDOX, EnzOx2, WoodZymes), focused on the development of enzymatic biocatalysts for the integral use of plant biomass as raw material, as an alternative to the use of fossil resources. The group is currently coordinating the ROBUSTOO project (https://www.robustoo.eu/) of the EU Horizon Europe program.
