My name is Ricardo and I am currently doing my PhD in the Department of Inorganic Chemistry at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. After studying a degree in Chemistry and a master in Biotechnology at the same university, I started working on improving the efficiency of photovoltaic modules using Cu-I based compounds as lanthanide substitutes. Currently I am particularly interested in the use of photovoltaic technology and other renewable energy sources in the fight against climate change.
