CAR-T therapy is an innovative strategy against cancer that uses the patient's own T cells. These cells are extracted, genetically modified to recognize cancer cells, and then reintroduced into the body. This therapy has shown high effectiveness, especially in leukemia and lymphoma, offering hope to patients who do not respond to other treatments. Despite its benefits, it faces challenges such as side effects and high costs. CAR-T represents an exciting advancement in the fight against cancer.
