Carmen Montoro
About me
She is a professor in the Department of Inorganic Chemistry at UAM. She received her PhD in Chemistry from the University of Granada in 2013. Currently, in addition to teaching in the degrees of Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Science and Chemical Engineering, she carries out research work focused on the preparation of advanced porous materials for the capture of pollutants present in water. He has coordinated several teaching innovation projects and is responsible for the dissemination project “Knowing Science Today Opens the Doors of Tomorrow. Breaking Frontiers” funded by the FECYT. Among his hobbies are music, sports, doing puzzles and above all he is passionate about being with family and friends enjoying life.
