About me
Marina de la Fuente Villamediana is a Culinary Professor in the Gastronomy program at UFV. She holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of León and a Master's in Nutrition from the University of Barcelona. With over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, Marina has worked as a head chef and culinary consultant in more than five countries. This extensive experience has allowed her to develop a personal approach to gastronomy with a strong focus on health.
