Engineering in Human Ecology from the National University of Asuncion and Master in Novel Foods from the Autonomous University of Madrid, she is currently a PhD student at the Food Science Research Institute (UAM-CIAL).
I am passionate about staying active and exploring the world through activities such as dancing, cycling and traveling. I also enjoy quiet moments reading and going to the gym to balance my mind and body.
