DESCRIPCIÓN (EN INGLES): My name is Yolanda Peña Cervantes and I work in the Department of Prehistory and Archaeology at the UNED, where I do teaching, but also, obviously, scientific work. I have devoted a good part of my time (my family and friends would say more than is advisable) to studying the wines and oils that were produced and consumed in the ancient Greco-Roman world. And that is what I want to share with you, in this case focusing on the wines of the Roman Empire, on this European Researchers' Night.
