Biological Engineer / Doctoral researcher at Centre of Metabolomics and Bioanalysis (CEMBIO) at CEU-San Pablo University.

Sara Londoño Osorio is a Ph.D researcher at CEU-San Pablo university under the Marie sklodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Networks (MSCA-DN) scholarship. She is currently working in a project that seeks to standardize targeted lipidomics in Blood Microsampling (BμS), making it an accessible tool for monitoring health and well-being. She holds a master’s in science from EAFIT University, Medellín, Colombia (2023), and a bachelor’s degree in Biological Engineer from National University of Colombia (2017), with emphasis in molecular biology and vegetal biotechnology. Sara has 5 years of experience working with gut microbiome and bioinformatics and 2 years of experience in metabolomics. Furthermore, she is co-founder of the Startup Astrolab Biotecnology that focuses on microbiome diagnosis and therapies.

I love swimming, yoga, and hiking; these activities help me disconnect and live in the present moment. I also enjoy spending time with my family and watching series.
