I am M.Sc in Environmental Sciences by the Autonomous University of Madrid. I have spent most of my career between membranes and bacteria. I am currently finishing my PhD studies on the use of recycled membranes at the IMDEA Water Institute, in the Membrane Technology group. My work focuses on the use of membranes for wastewater treatment using various systems such as membrane bioreactors in order to eliminate different contaminants, like micronanoplastics. I am passionate about traveling and I do it whenever I can. Furthermore, I love live music and good TV series.
