I am senior scientist at the Centro Nacional de Microbiology (ISCIII) and an associate professor in the Department of Cell Biology at the Faculty of Medicine of UCM. I work in the field of Immunology, both in the study of haematopoiesis and in the analysis of the immune response to respiratory pathogens. For years I have carrying out an important task of science communication, organizing different types of activities emphasize the importance of the immunology and healthy lifestyle habits, especially among young people. I am the coordinator of the group of ambassadors of the Spanish Society of Immunology (GESEI) and a member of the Immunology Society of CAM.
In my free time I love enjoy good conversations with friends and spend time with my children, especially exploring new places. I like to walk outdoors with my dog and also practice yoga. In addition, I love to read and one of my passions is music, especially listening to it live.
