Bernardino Muñoz holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Science of Decision Systems, both from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. With over two decades of experience in technology transfer and managing European projects, he now serves as the deputy of the EULiST Local office at URJC.
