Andrea Ochaita Aguado graduated in Biochemistry in 2022 and took the MSc in Immunology Research in the class of 2023, both from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). Subsequently, she spent three months at the Institute Lung Research in Marburg (Germany). Upon her return, in 2024 she joined the Molecular Oncology group at IMDEA Nutrition with a “Formación de Personal Investigador” grant in the framework of the ON PRIME project, where she is developing her PhD in Biomedical Research (UCM), focusing on the immunometabolic characterization of oncology patients through Open Array techniques, conventional flow cytometry, study of the microbiota by 16S amplicon sequencing and epigenetics with Illumina technology.
