Postdoctoral researcher in the Polymer Biotechnology group. I did my PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biomedicine at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid (UCM). Although during these years my line of research has been focused on the production of bioplastics from complex waste using bacteria, I am currently working for the European project Agriloop. I aim to create innovative and sustainable methods for extracting bioplastics, such as utilizing predatory bacteria. During my free time, I enjoy playing sports, traveling, and tasting recipes from every corner of the planet.
