I am a researcher at the Health Research Institute of the Hospital Clínico San Carlos. I investigate the mechanisms that cause neurological diseases by studying genetics and metabolism. Specifically, we study conditions such as ALS and dementia, and how our genetics, lifestyle and diet could be impacting the development of these diseases. In my spare time I enjoy practising martial arts and travelling.
