M. Julia is a Professor in the Department of Signal Theory and Communications at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Her research is carried out in the communications group (GCOM) and focuses on the development of advanced signal processing techniques for future mobile communications. Her objective is to contribute to the sustainability of communications with energy-efficient algorithms that improve the performance of communications networks, thus allowing new services and innovative applications that improve the quality of life of citizens.
