Javier G.P. Delabat is a Materials Scientist and Engineer specialized in Biomaterials and Tissue Regeneration who has studied and trained at different universities such as Complutense University, KTH in Stockholm, LTU in Lulea (Sweden), EEIGM in Nancy (France) and UPC in Barcelona. Nowadays, he is working at IMDEA Materials developing new hydrogels and nanoparticles for biomedical applications.
In addition to his professional career he loves to travel and go out with his van, mountain hiking and mountaineering, and above all he is passionate about photography. This last hobby has allowed him to live in places like northern Norway, Sweden and Iceland, where he professionally dedicated himself to capture with his camera arctic landscapes, aurora borealis and guide groups of tourists.
