Erick Israel Vázquez Oviedo
About me
Phd in control and dynamic systems. Postdoctoral in the Electric Systems Unit of IMDEA Energy.
Dr. Erick Israel Vázquez Oviedo is an electronic engineer from UASLP (2010). He obtained his Master’s and Phd degrees in Control and Dynamic Systems from IPICYT (2013 and 2019). He worked at Datiotec Aeroespacial, a company specialized in the area of Nanosatellites, designing prototypes of power, control and telemetry modules for nanosatellites (2013-2014). In 2017 he carried out a stay in the Department of Energy Technology in Aalborg, Denmark, dedicated to non-linear synchronization techniques under the supervision of Professor Joseph Guerrero. He carried out a Postdoctoral at IPICYT (2019 to 2021) in the DCS in the project: “Cluster of Gaseous Biofuels”, on cogeneration and energy processing. Since November 2021 he has been carrying out a postdoctoral at the IMDEA-Energy), where he is researching topics related to non-linear control techniques, synchronization techniques for interconnected systems with the electrical grid, current injection and calibration techniques for heliostats.
