About me
I have a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and I belong to the Microbial Systems and Protein Engineering group at the Center for Biological Research Margarita Salas (CIB-CSIC), working in processes for of lignocellulosic and plastic waste exploitation using enzymes, mainly from fungi. We are focused on the discovery, characterization, and improvement of novel proteins with biotechnological potential in order to apply them industrially. In my free time, I love playing video and board games, heavy metal, and cats.
