I graduated as a biotechnologist at the Francisco de Vitoria University and completed a master's degree in Industrial and Environmental Biotechnology at the Complutense University of Madrid. Currently, I work in the Polymer Biotechnology department at the Margarita Salas Center for Biological Research (CSIC) where I research and optimize bioprocesses for the synthesis of microbial plastics from waste residues. In my leisure time, I like to spend time in nature, for example, hiking and camping in the countryside.
