I have a degree in Nutrition from the Catholic University of Cuyo in Argentina. I have obtained a Master's degree at the Complutense University of Madrid and I am currently doing an Industrial Doctorate at the same University together with IMDEA Alimentación and Forchronic SL. My line of research is oriented to validate a nutraceutical product composed of rosemary extract as a potential protector of the secondary symptomatology of breast cancer treatments. In my free time, I love reading, drawing and painting with watercolours, doing different crafts and outdoor activities such as walks in the countryside and the mountains.
