I am from Eibar, Guipuzcoa, PhD in Theoretical Physics from the UAM and right now I am a postdoctoral researcher at the UAM/CSIC Institute of Theoretical Physics with a Marie Skłodowska-Curie European grant. My research focuses on what we call new physics, the kind that we still don't quite understand, the kind that we have good reason to think is there, even though we haven't discovered it yet. And that's where I come in, trying to think of and design ways that experiments can tell us which of these new theories is true. Outside of physics, I like nature, sports, especially soccer, board games and going out for beers with my friends.
