About me

I am a biologist and I have recently started my work as a research support technician in the Ecology Department of the Autonomous University of Madrid. I did my Master's Thesis within the ClimaRiskinPond project, investigating the impact that different environmental and anthropic variables have on the amphibian breeding community in temporary Mediterranean lagoons. Currently, my work is included within the CONMOSAICO project, which aims to evaluate the effect of the structure and heterogeneity of the landscape on biodiversity. Despite the fact that my line of research has radically changed in recent months, I still have a passion for temporary lagoons and their amazing inhabitants, especially amphibians and aquatic macroinvertebrates.
I take advantage of my free time to climb, walk through the countryside trying to photograph all kinds of fauna and enjoy nature. In addition, I am a lover of cinema, music and adventures.
