I am in charge of managing the Corporate Social Responsibility of Alstom Spain and Portugal. By training as an agricultural engineer, I did a research internship in England but on my return, Alstom crossed my path and I took another train. Since then, 19 years ago, the world of mobility and in particular the railway sector has been a great discovery in terms of innovation, technology, and sustainability. I have found in this sector with a great economic and social impact, a balanced way to combine my concerns with a professional contribution. Working in HR, Internal Communication, and CSR during these years, I have learned that there are three important factors: supporting people in their business and innovative projects, raising awareness regarding diversity and the environment, and finally, always acting in an ethical and integrated.
