The Spanish Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (SEBBM) joins the activities of the European Night of Researchers in Madrid with a conference-workshop at Institución Libre de Enseñanza (Pº del Gral. Martínez Campos, 14, 28010 Madrid).
The SEBBM participates in the European Researchers' Night 2023, an initiative that is carried out annually simultaneously in 340 cities throughout Europe, and which in the Community of Madrid is coordinated by the madri+d Foundation for Knowledge, with the common objective of bringing scientific research closer to the public.
The activity that we propose this year 2023, for Friday, September 29, is a talk on scientific dissemination that will be given by Daniel Torregrosa, a chemist from the University of Murcia, a renowned scientific popularizer and author of several books such as "From the myth to the laboratory" (2018, Menoscuarto Ediciones) and "Amazing Chemistry" (2023, Editorial Pinolia).
Daniel Torregrosa will give a talk entitled: "What nature hides from us (or what we have discovered by trying it)".
Daniel Torregrosa's conference is for all audiences and will be free to enter until the auditorium is full (256 seats).
