Álvaro Hernández received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Alcala, Spain, and from the Blaise Pascal University, France, in 2003. He is currently a Professor of Digital Systems and Electronic Design at the Electronics Department, University of Alcala. His research areas are multisensory integration, positioning systems for mobile robots, and digital and embedded systems.
