PhD in Production Engineering, she works as an assistant professor in the manufacturing area at the School of Industrial Engineering and Design of UPM. She collaborates with UPM's Laser Center and develops new projects on surface texturization, material characterization, and sustainable manufacturing processes, with a focus on biomaterials. Additionally, she is a member of the International FabLab (FabLab ETSIDI Madrid), which provides digital manufacturing services and guidance to entrepreneurs for their project development. The FabLab also coordinates training courses in the Community of Madrid and participates in projects with the University and the Royal Academy of Engineering, among others. Moreover, they organize events and courses for children and teenagers, aiming to engage them in mathematics, physics, and manufacturing, following the STEAM philosophy. While she enjoys cinema and photography, she currently finds the most joy in spending time with her family.
