I am a full professor at the Complutense University and I have been working in the Faculty of Chemical Sciences since 1996. It was in this faculty that I began my university studies in 1987. Apart from my teaching activities, which I enjoy very much as I come from a family of professors and teachers, my research is in the fields of biotechnology, green chemistry and the intensification of industrial processes in the two previous fields. When I take my eyes off my books or computer, I like to look at the sea or the mountains, as I enjoy swimming and hiking. I also don't dislike a good meal in better company.
