PhD Architect, University School Professor, and currently Deputy Director of the School of Architecture of the University of Alcalá, for the Guadalajara campus. Researcher in the Areas of Architectural Heritage, Geotechnical Engineering, Architectural Sustainability and Integral Heritage Management. He is currently a member of the UAH High Performance Research Group: Architectural heritage and sustainable architecture-Built heritage and sustainable architecture, of which he was the first coordinator. Research activity recognized with three six-year terms, two for research (in 2013 and 2019), and one for transfer in 2019. In addition, several awards for various research papers and author of two patents.
