PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Zaragoza and currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Analytical Chemistry at the Complutense University of Madrid. She developed her postdoctoral research career in Toulouse and Marseille (France) and, later, in Madrid (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid+CSIC), where she was a researcher in the European Marie-Skłodowska Curie programme. Her research activities focus on the development of sensors for the detection of biomarkers and pollutants as well as electrochemical studies of redox enzymes. She is a member of the research group on Optical Chemical Sensors and Applied Photochemistry (GSOLFA). In his free time he enjoys art, nature and the company of friends.
